What are the marketplace fees?
Croud charges both sides of each booked post, for matching, escrow, compliance checks and payouts. Advertisers pay the creator's price plus the advertiser fee of their plan (0–5%); budgets and wallet holds include it. Creators receive the price minus the creator fee of their plan (5–20%). Both fees drop as you move up plans, and the rates in effect when a post is booked apply to it.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance that resets every billing month. Credit packs, promo and referral credits never expire and are used after your allowance. Generations with your own key (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI, Together, Fireworks, Azure OpenAI) don't use credits. Premium models cost a multiple of the base credits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades are available as long as your current usage fits the new plan's limits — we tell you exactly what to reduce first.
Is there a free trial?
Paid self-serve plans include a 14-day free trial the first time you upgrade. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes — yearly billing saves up to 17% compared to paying monthly.
