Before you connect.

Does Croud post without my permission?
Only if you choose auto-approval for that account. In manual mode nothing is published until you approve it, and you can request changes to any caption or creative.
Which accounts can I connect?
Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). You can connect several accounts to one workspace and give each its own policy and rate card.
How are ads disclosed?
Croud adds the paid-partnership label and #ad disclosure to every sponsored post automatically.
What does it cost creators?
Connecting accounts and receiving requests is free. Croud deducts a creator fee of 5–20% from each completed placement, depending on your plan — lower on paid plans. Advertisers pay their own fee on top of your price.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are released when a placement completes. Once your available balance reaches $50, request a payout by Stripe (bank account), Bank transfer or PayPal. Croud reviews each request and may hold it while a dispute or chargeback is open; approved payouts go out through Stripe Connect or are paid by the Croud team.
What if something goes wrong with a post?
Either side can report a problem within 7 days of the post going live. The earning is frozen while Croud reviews it and decides to release, refund or split it.
