Who can join?
Anyone with a Croud account — including the Free plan. There's no application or minimum.
How long does attribution last?
Referral clicks are remembered for 60 days, and the first link clicked wins. If the visitor signs up within that window, they're attributed to you.
What counts as a conversion?
A referred workspace's first paid subscription payment. That's when your credit reward is granted and commission starts accruing.
How is commission paid?
Commission is 20% of each subscription payment a referred workspace makes during the 12 months after it converts. It's recorded as pending on your referrals page and paid out by the Croud team after the payment clears.
Can I refer myself or my own workspaces?
No. Self-referrals, coupon-site placements and paid search on Croud brand terms aren't eligible, and rewards obtained that way are voided.
